Mr. John is excited to announce the promotion of Adriana Stahl to Director of Human Resources, effective August 2, 2021. Adriana joined Mr. John as HR Generalist in May 2016 and most recently served as HR & Safety Manager. During her time with the company, she developed and implemented strategic human resources initiatives that yielded significant results. The driver hiring experience streamlined from a two-month process to ten days, fifteen people earned internal promotions, and total employee count grew by 26 percent.
In her new role Adriana will continue working closely with executive management to support the company’s mission and long-term objectives with a focus on people and strategic planning.
