Jerome Heckert (February 18) – Jerome got a gold star from a longtime customer who called to say what an excellent job he and John Piotrowski Jr. (who also received a gold star) did while delivering his 12×60 trailer. He was very happy with our service. Great job guys!
Larry Sarver (March 2) – Larry got a gold star from a customer who said, “Larry always serviced our unit so it was extra clean. He is very polite and is a pleasure to talk to.” They called to thank him for all his extra efforts. Keep it up Larry! Great customer service is invaluable and you seem to have the hang of it!
