John Malanchak (March 31) – A customer called to say that John always did such a wonderful job and that he is always very polite and helpful. If they call for a service, he is there the same day to fix the problem. Great job John!
John Haley (May 8) – John got a gold star from a new customer. It was the customer’s first order and they e-mailed us to say, “Thanks so much for great service and prompt delivery. John, your delivery person, was fantastic. Even though there was some confusion on my end for delivery time, he put them in the perfect spot!” That’s awesome! Way to make a great first impression!
Emily Vogt (May 11) – Emily got a gold star from a customer in Coraopolis. The customer said that Emily “is always smiling, no matter what job she is doing”. He said that is a rough job, and it’s good to see someone smiling. Keep up the good work and keep smiling, Em!
